Wherever You are travelling from, Rosendal is easy to reach. The summer 2001 a new tunnel (Folgefonntunnelen) is opening up. This new tunnel under the Folgefonna glacier, will connect Rosendal to the rest of the Hardangerfjord. Thus it will make it much easier to both reach our area and also do excursions from Rosendal to the rest of the fjord area. Rosendal can also easily be reached by use of express boats and sea planes.
